Small Town Tokyo

Tokyo-major megalopolis and urban jungle urbanely sporting white gloves. I am always having small town encounters here. Honestly. In fact, my whole lifestyle has been reduced to two stations and the 15 minute walk between them. Today my friend calls me as she leaves work-walking-from one station outside my territory. 15 minutes later we meet at a local bar for a drink. Then a guy walks in who I know I know. He knows I know him. And I know he knows me. Where? How? When? Aha! It turns out I know him from Seattle as we traded place-he moving back from Japan and I back to Japan.

Not my first small town encounter in the Big City and probably not my last. Coooooooooooooooool.
